Liz Mudie and her team at St Andrews Catering contributed to the outstanding success of our Ruby Wedding celebrations in December 2009. My wife and I hired Liz and her staff at St Andrews catering to provide the catering services for our wedding in August 2008. We had our wedding and reception at Fingask Castle, Perthshire. Fingask recommended St Andrews Catering as potential caterers for our wedding as they had previously catered events at Fingask. We meet with several caterers but finally choose St Andrews Catering for several reasons. Firstly, we were very impressed by the pre-wedding care and attention Liz provided. She is obviously very knowledgeable about weddings and wedding catering. She listened to our ideas and thoughts and helped us integrate them into a workable plan for the day. The menu was planned from scratch, with creative input from Liz. Even the evening buffet was novel and exciting (a barbeque). The standard of food on the day was excellent. Many of our guests commented how impressed they were with the food and service.

My wife and I were even more impressed with the 'non-food' details Liz dealt with. She really did make the day go smoothly and without problem, helping with the flowers, the band, the photographer. There was nothing she wouldn't help out with. Our day was faultless and this is in a large part due to Liz's care and attention. The catering and waiting staff she brought were also extremely professional and helpful.

Would I hire Liz again for future events? Without hesitation. It is the extra little things she takes care of which help make her company stand out.
