You will not find any set menus on this website. Each menu, for each event, is developed following full consultation with our clients. We provide creative advice to produce imaginative menus designed to make the most of the occasion, location, age and mix of guests and dietary requirements. Whatever your catering needs or desires we will do our best to fulfil them. Whenever we develop menus, we take account of seasonal availability and healthy cooking. A wide range of vegetarian dishes have featured on our menus for many years. In addition, we can cater to a wide range of special diets. (Click here for more details) For children we try to provide food that is both exciting and healthy. Our food is freshly prepared in our working restaurant kitchen. We use fresh, local ingredients where we can, including fish from the East Neuk and Scottish beef and lamb. We make extensive use of home made produce, including delicious jams and chutneys made to traditional recipes. Our experience and specialist field catering equipment means that we can provide high quality, imaginative food whatever your venue. At all times, food hygiene is pre-eminent in what we do - regardless of location. |
